Wohnen in einem Wohnheim ist mehr als ein Zimmer zum Schlafen mit Zugang zu Küche und Bad! Es geht uns um das Miteinander-Leben und die Gemeinschaft, durch die das Feiern schöner und bunter, das Leben interessanter und vielfältiger, die Herausforderungen und Probleme leichter werden können.

Aktuell befindet sich das Eugen-Bolz-Wohnheim noch im Bau, zum Wintersemester 2025/2026 soll ein Einzug wieder möglich sein.  Fristen für die Bewerbung und andere Informationen findest du in Kürze hier.

Living in a hall of residence is more than just a room to sleep in with access to a kitchen and bathroom! For us, it's about living together and being part of a community that makes celebrations more fun and colorful, life more interesting and diverse, and challenges and problems easier.
If you are interested in this kind of living together, then apply to us!

The Eugen-Bolz-Wohnheim is currently under construction, but it should be possible to move in again for the winter semester 2025/2026.  Application deadlines and other information will be available here shortly.

Informationen zum Wohnheim und den Zimmern


Um im Eugen-Bolz-Wohnheim ein Zimmer zu bekommen, muss man sich schriftlich um eine Aufnahme bewerben.
Nähere Informationen zu den Fristen und dem Bewerbungsverfahren findest du in Kürze hier.


Zimmer  (12qm)

Im Zimmer vorhanden sind:

  • Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze
  • Kleiderschrank
  • Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
  • Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank
  • Wlan inklusive


In den Wohneinheiten

  • Sanitäre Anlagen (WC, Dusche)
  • Küche (voll ausgestattet)
  • Wohnzimmer / Studierzimmer
  • Loggia

Die sanitären Anlagen sowie die Böden in den Fluren und Küchen werden regelmäßig von einem Reinigungsdienst geputzt.


Weitere Leistungen im Wohnheim

  • Waschmaschinen (gegen Gebühr)
  • Persönlicher Fahrradstellplatz
  • Nutzung des Multifunktionsraumes, der Kapelle und der Grünanalage
  • Ggf. Nutzung von Parkplätzen 


Kosten: 482 Euro/Monat



Information about the hall of residence and the rooms

To get a room in the Eugen-Bolz-Wohnheim, you must apply in writing for admission.
You will find more information on the deadlines and the application procedure here shortly.


Room  (12sqm)

The room is equipped with:

  • bed with slatted frame and mattress
  • closet
  • desk with chair
  • washbasin with mirror cabinet
  • Wifi included


In the accommodation units

  • sanitary facilities (WC, shower)
  • kitchen (fully equipped)
  • living room / study room
  • loggia

The sanitary facilities and the floors in the corridors and kitchens are cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.

Further services in the hall of residence

  • washing machines (for a fee)
  • personal bicycle parking space
  • use of the multifunctional room, the chapel and the green area
  • use of parking spaces if required
